$60,000 – $95,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.

The role partners with hiring managers to define what great looks like, source candidates, run a rigorous interview process, and close the right people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer across multiple roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen candidates for skills, motivation, and culture fit
  • Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback from hiring panels
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through to a successful start date
  • Track funnel metrics and improve conversion at every stage

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting (in-house or agency)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven mindset; you measure your funnel and act on what it tells you
  • Genuine interest in hiring great people, not just filling seats
