Compensation

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.

Indicative range:

$42,000 – $65,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the team.

The role coordinates schedules, manages documents, and handles the operational details that allow the broader team to focus on their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and shared calendars across multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems and ensure documents are accessible and current
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and circulate action items with clear ownership
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping support as required
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and routine administrative requests
  • Provide ad-hoc support to leaders on projects that need an organised pair of hands

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 1+ years in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Notion
  • High discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
