Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Headhunt experienced real estate agents through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Recruit commission based Property Consultants and Senior Property Consultants
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide candidate recommendations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate industry
- Proven experience hiring commission based real estate agents
- Strong headhunting and sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Must be available to join immediately

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in the Dubai real estate industry to join our growing HR team.
- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience recruiting commission based real estate agents, exceptional headhunting skills, and the ability to identify top performing talent in a competitive market.
