About the Role
PS I Real Estate LLC is seeking a Tagalog-speaking Listing Admin to manage property listings and support sales transactions. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, client communication, and coordinating property showings.

Responsibilities
- Manage property listings from first contact to purchase agreement
- Prepare listing materials and pre listing presentations
- Coordinate showings and schedule open houses
- Cold call potential customers to inform about market campaigns or services
- Generate and qualify leads from cold calling and inbound interaction
- Match buyer and tenant inquiries with listing and sales agents
- Handle customer complaints to maintain company reputation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update customer information and maintain documentation in CRM system
- Accompany buyers during property visits and inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or related field
- 2 years proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales queries over the phone

Primary Purpose
- Manage all aspects of seller's transactions from first contact to purchase agreement
- Execute steps to list a property and get it under agreement, including preparing listing materials, coordinating showings, and scheduling open houses
Responsibilities
- Meet company expectations by providing excellent customer service
- Consistently make a good first impression when calling potential customers
- Understand customer requirements to successfully close the deal
- Contact potential customers to inform about new market campaigns or services
- Match buyer and tenant inquiries addressed by listing and sales agents
- Generate and qualify leads from cold calling and inbound interaction
- Handle customer complaints to maintain and improve company reputation
- Go the extra mile to achieve sales target and facilitate future sales
- Commit to team and individual sales target
- Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm
- Ensure professional communication with PSI clients
- Exceed client expectations by providing best approach to meeting needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or related field may be advantageous
- 2 years proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Appealing appearance on the phone
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales queries preferably over the phone
Compensation
- Pay: AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
