experienced, high-energy In-House Recruiter

to help us attract top talent across all our business lines.

Your Role

  • **End-to-End Recruitment:**
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for 10–15 hires per month across Sales, Consultants, Accountants, Operations, Compliance, and Real Estate roles, including C-level or key hires when needed.
  • **Talent Sourcing:**
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals, ensuring a strong pipeline for multiple business lines simultaneously.
  • **Screening & Interviews:**
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with business needs.
  • **Collaborate with Hiring Managers:**
  • Partner closely with department leads to refine job descriptions, understand hiring priorities, and ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with business growth.
  • **Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:**
  • Represent the company to candidates, delivering a high-quality experience and reinforcing our brand as a top employer.
  • **Recruitment Strategy:**
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness.

About You

  • **Experience:**
  • 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally in professional services, real estate, finance, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • **Communication:**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • **Relationship Building:**
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • **Organization & Time Management:**
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles across different departments under tight deadlines.
  • **Negotiation Skills:**
  • Able to negotiate offers to meet both candidate expectations and business needs.
  • **Mindset:**
  • Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-growing environment and enjoys the challenge of scaling teams across multiple business lines.
