Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join Top House Real Estate.

This is not a standard HR role — we need someone with strong networking within the Dubai real estate market, especially among brokers, who understands how to attract quality agents and build a strong sales team.

We are specifically looking for someone with an active LinkedIn presence and strong social media visibility, who knows how to attract talent, build connections, and stay visible within the broker community.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Dubai real estate
  • Strong network and direct connections with real estate brokers
  • Active LinkedIn page and professional social media presence
  • Ability to consistently bring in qualified candidates, not just CVs
  • Experience in onboarding and conducting weekly broker training sessions
  • Strong understanding of broker mentality, sales environment, and commission-based structures
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality
  • Preferred languages: Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Dutch

Expectations

  • Minimum 4–5 broker hires per month consistently
  • Weekly training sessions for new and existing brokers
  • Active involvement in building and maintaining a high-performing sales team
  • Please note:
  • This is a performance-driven role — consistent delivery is expected, otherwise salary is not provided
  • A mandatory 2-month probation period applies to everyone without exception
