- Utilize hot leads provided by the agency to close deals
- Participate in training and mentorship from top performing agents
- Collaborate with marketing and back office support for professional photo/video and ad campaigns
Requirements
- Previous Dubai real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Fluent English (Russian/Arabic is a strong plus)
- Ambitious, motivated, and ready to build a career in premium real estate
