Job Description
Innoventures Education is seeking an experienced English-speaking in-house Recruiter and HR Executive.
The role supports a group of international schools and covers recruitment through onboarding, recruitment reporting, people management, and general HR management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all recruitment processes through onboarding.
- Prepare relevant reporting on recruitment status.
- Support people management and general HR management.
- Work in an in-house HR function serving international schools.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least two years of UAE experience is preferred.
- Excellent technical and Excel skills are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of education regulatory authorities is beneficial.
- Candidates should work effectively under pressure, independently, and as team members.
- Full training will be provided.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 2,500.61 to AED 7,000.00 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
