School IT team seeking a Desktop Support Executive to provide first-level technical support to staff and students.
The role supports desktops, laptops, educational IT systems, classroom technology, and a reliable learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to staff and students.
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and other hardware.
- Support classroom technology, educational applications, and Learning Management Systems.
- Maintain the smooth and secure operation of school IT equipment and systems.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, educational applications, and Learning Management Systems.
- Understanding of antivirus solutions, firewalls, VLANs, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven desktop or IT support experience and hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience within an educational institution is preferred.
