Recruiter Position
The employer is hiring an experienced Recruiter to join its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Location
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Experience and Education
- At least 3 years of UAE recruitment experience is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience across technical and non-technical recruitment in the UAE is required.
- Oil & Gas, EPC, or other industry recruitment experience is relevant, with Oil & Gas and EPC experience advantageous.
- Recruitment agency experience is highly preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience is required.
- The role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination skills.
- The candidate should know the UAE job market and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
