Role Overview
The employer is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
The role supports recruitment across all sectors in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references.
- Review and screen CVs based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate candidate and client interviews and follow up on feedback.
- Handle recruitment for all sectors.
- Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
- Communicate professionally with clients and candidates throughout recruitment.
- Ensure timely vacancy closure according to client requirements.
- Assist with recruitment documentation, mobilization, and onboarding.
- Follow up with selected candidates to support smooth joining and mobilization.
Requirements and Preferences
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools or job portals.
- Local recruitment experience in Qatar is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
