Role Overview
Experienced Garden Supervisor responsible for daily gardening and landscaping activities.
The role requires horticulture, plant care, irrigation, landscaping, and gardening-staff supervision expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily gardening and landscaping activities.
- Plan and maintain gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas.
- Manage planting, pruning, trimming, watering, and plant care.
- Monitor irrigation systems and promote efficient water usage.
- Guide gardening staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Identify plant diseases, pests, and other landscaping issues.
- Maintain gardening tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure work is safe, efficient, and completed to required standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant gardening, landscaping, horticulture, or related experience.
- Diploma or degree in horticulture, landscaping, agriculture, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of planting, garden planning, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping, pruning, irrigation, and plant care.
- Proven ability to supervise and manage gardening staff.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple gardening activities effectively.
