2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.

Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).

Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
