Qualifications requises

• Minimum d’un (1) an d'expérience dans le service à la clientèle ou un rôle administratif;
• Études supérieures (post-secondaires) préférables;
• Parfaitement bilingue, français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
• Capacité à hiérarchiser et mener à bien de multiples tâches;
• Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles pour interagir efficacement dans une variété d'environnements, avec des personnes et des besoins variés;
• Bon esprit d'équipe, avenant(e), et capable de démontrer une attitude aussi professionnelle qu'accueillante;
• Solides compétences en administration, en résolution de problèmes et en organisation;
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome;
• Capacité d'apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels;
• Connaissances intermédiaires de la Suite Google (Gmail, Gchat, Drive, etc.);
• Une formation de premiers secours, un atout.

Requirements

• One (1) year minimum support clerk/administrative/customer service experience
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Fully Bilingual, French/English speaking and writing
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a variety of environments, people and needs
• A friendly Team player, professional, easily accessible, with an approachable demeanor
• Strong administrative, problem solving and organizational skills
• Self-direction and the ability to work un-supervised
• Ability to learn new software systems
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Workplace Suite and applications
• First aid responder course is desirable
