Job Summary
We are looking for a **professional and customer‑focused Receptionist** to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have **hands‑on experience using 7Rooms** for reservations and guest management, along with the ability to prepare **accurate daily operational reports**.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations, seating, and waitlists using **7Rooms**
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience
- Coordinate with the host, service, and management teams to maintain efficient guest flow
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communication professionally
- Prepare and submit **daily reports** (reservation summary, guest count, cancellations, no‑shows, revenue notes, etc.)
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all front‑of-house standards are met
- Assist with guest requests, special occasions, and VIP arrangements
- Support management with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure all data entered in 7Rooms is accurate and updated in real time
Requirements
- **Experience using 7Rooms** (mandatory)
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Host/Hostess in hospitality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze daily operational reports
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Basic administrative and computer skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
