Role Overview
The Receptionist supports the front desk and customer experience at the automotive showroom.
The work location is Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner.
- Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Provide customer service, assist with showroom inquiries, and coordinate with sales and other departments.
- Manage appointments, visitor records, meeting room bookings, correspondence, and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or similar client-facing experience is required.
- Automotive or showroom experience is preferred.
- Excellent English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and telephone, email, and WhatsApp communications is required.
- Strong organization, multitasking, communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills are required.
- A positive, proactive, confident, energetic, and professionally presented approach is expected.
Work Schedule
- The schedule consists of six working days per week with one day off.
- The weekly day off is scheduled according to showroom operational requirements.
