Candidate Requirements
- MS Office knowledge is mandatory.
- Three years of receptionist experience is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Receptionist Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals.
- Maintain security and telecommunications systems.
- Answer or refer visitor inquiries.
- Maintain employee and department directories.
- Monitor the logbook and issue visitor badges.
- Operate the house phone and console according to manufacturer instructions.
- Keep the reception area safe and clean.
- Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Support team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
Employment
- The position is full-time.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
