Job Summary
Provide high-quality waxing and hair-removal treatments in a professional, hygienic, and customer-focused manner.
Apply knowledge of skincare, waxing techniques, and client service standards to support client comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform face, body, bikini, and specialized waxing services using professional techniques.
- Carry out treatments safely and efficiently according to salon standards.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in treatment areas and tools.
- Consult clients about skin type, sensitivity, and contraindications before treatments.
- Provide post-waxing aftercare advice and maintain positive client relationships.
- Manage appointments, stay current with industry trends, and promote relevant salon services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics.
- Proven experience as a Wax Therapist or Beautician specializing in waxing.
- Knowledge of soft wax, hard wax, sugar wax, and other waxing techniques.
- Strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, and personal grooming standards.
- Ability to handle clients with care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of skincare and product recommendations.
