- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and mail
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases
- Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other official documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist management with administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Support HR and accounts departments when required
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Secretary (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
