About the Role
Seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Receptionist / Sales Representative.
The role combines first-point-of-contact reception duties with sales-target support and client service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Present and promote company products or services to potential clients.
- Support the sales process and maintain client relationships.
- Keep accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, professional, and presentable personality.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Fluent English is required, and Arabic is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–AED 6,000 per month.
- Sales commission is available.
