Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients and direct them within the facility.
- Provide information about products and services and answer inquiries.
- Route incoming calls and handle simple telephone inquiries.
- Address complaints professionally and resolve or escalate them.
- Schedule appointments without overlaps.
- Resolve client issues related to offered services or products.
- Guide clients around the facility and advise on product choices.
- Maintain polite and professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience.
