Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Receptionist to join the Front Office Team.
The role focuses on creating positive guest experiences throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to a high standard.
- Provide patient, empathetic, and engaging service to hotel guests.
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department.
Qualifications
- Flexibility and a positive service-focused attitude.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
- Passion for creating extraordinary service.
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
