Role Overview
The Front Office Service Manager creates a welcoming lobby environment and supports exceptional guest experiences.
The role supports smooth front office operations, guest satisfaction, and compliance with property and company standards.
Guest Service
- Welcome guests, provide directions and assistance, and offer a memorable farewell during check-out.
- Make courtesy calls, address guest requests, and assist with reservations for dining, transportation, and other services.
- Gather guest feedback and ratings to identify improvement opportunities.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues with tact and professionalism.
Lobby and Front Office Operations
- Keep the lobby clean, organized, safe, and welcoming while reporting maintenance concerns.
- Coordinate with front desk, concierge, food and beverage, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Coordinate bell boys, doormen, and coffee man activities.
- Assist with the smooth running of the front office department.
Quality and Guest Programs
- Implement Radisson Rewards standards and convert eligible OTA guests into Radisson Rewards members.
