Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Receptionist role based in Riyadh.
  • The Receptionist will welcome guests, manage check in and check out procedures, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining an organized front desk area.
  • The role also involves processing payments, updating guest records, addressing guest concerns, and supporting basic clerical tasks to ensure smooth front office operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Candidates should possess solid receptionist duties and phone etiquette skills for managing front desk operations and incoming calls.
  • Candidates should possess clerical skills, including basic computer literacy, data entry, and document handling.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or a similar customer facing role is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high quality service.
