Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Receptionist role based in Riyadh.
- The Receptionist will welcome guests, manage check in and check out procedures, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining an organized front desk area.
- The role also involves processing payments, updating guest records, addressing guest concerns, and supporting basic clerical tasks to ensure smooth front office operations and a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid receptionist duties and phone etiquette skills for managing front desk operations and incoming calls.
