- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality of incoming goods.

- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain clean and safe receiving areas.
- Comply with hotel policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes, including verifying deliveries and handling documentation.
- Strong Inventory Control skills, with the ability to track, store, and organize stock accurately.
- Basic Computer Literacy for using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and email.
- Knowledge of Forklift Operation or other material handling equipment, with relevant certifications where required.
- Customer Service skills to interact professionally with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move goods safely and follow health and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in hotel receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Role Description
- The Receiving Clerk role is a full time, on site position based in Jeddah.
- This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality of incoming goods.
- The Receiving Clerk records and updates inventory data in relevant systems, labels and organizes items in storage areas, and coordinates with other departments to distribute supplies in a timely manner.
- The role also involves communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, maintaining clean and safe receiving areas, and complying with hotel policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
