Position Overview
Moxie Pest Control is seeking part-time seasonal Receptionists to support our Provo office from September through April. This role helps keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly for sales reps, employees, vendors, and visitors.
The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving office environment. This position is a great fit for someone looking for part-time work with flexible scheduling, including students with college schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet sales reps, vendors, and visitors
- Provide general front desk support, answering questions and directing visitors
- Assist reps with booking workspaces, offices, and meeting areas
- Help keep shared workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas clean and ready for use
- Maintain and restock office amenities, including the froyo machine, snack silos, drinks, and supplies
- Assist with office events, trainings, activities, setup, and cleanup
- Monitor office supplies and communicate restocking or maintenance needs
- Support the Regional Office Manager with daily office tasks and special projects
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming environment
