Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of pest management techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. The Pest Control Technician will work independently while ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Utilize power tools, and hand tools as necessary for pest control tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up actions required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention methods.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
