As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for employees, clients, visitors, and guests. You will provide professional reception and workplace support.
We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Ottawa.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist employees, clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to inquiries in both official languages.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, including collection, sorting, dispatch, and distribution.
- Support pantry service delivery and ensure pantry areas are organized and adequately stocked.
- Manage office supplies, including monitoring inventory, placing orders, receiving deliveries, and maintaining organized storage.
- Support meeting room management, including coordinating room bookings, preparing meeting rooms, and ensuring spaces are ready for meetings and events.
- Respond to general workplace service requests and provide administrative support as required.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures, policies, and service standards.
