Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our medical center.
The ideal candidate should have experience in patient reception, billing procedures, appointment coordination, and cross-selling healthcare services.
The Receptionist will ensure smooth front-desk operations while providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Process billing, payments, insurance verification, and invoices.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient needs.
- Promote and cross-sell medical packages, wellness programs, and clinic services to patients.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with healthcare policies.
- Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist in a medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures.
- Experience in cross-selling healthcare services or packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle patients professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration or related field is an advantage.
