ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and professional front desk receptionist to join our team. The front desk receptionist will be the first points of contact in the hotel, providing a smooth check in and useful information to all guests.
EXPECTATIONS
The Receptionist is expected to:
Be professional at all the times
Be a positive ambassador of The NoMad throughout your professional career with us.
Always adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not exclusive of; H&S policies, HR policies; employee handbook.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating a warm and welcoming first impression on check in, handling credit card transactions and assisting to guest requests
