Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based in Jeddah.

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service.

Additional responsibilities include performing clerical tasks such as maintaining records and supporting administrative functions to ensure seamless office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Knowledge of essential Clerical Skills, including organization and record-keeping
  • Excellent Communication and active listening skills
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs like Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic preferred
