Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Jeddah.
The Human Resources Specialist will handle responsibilities such as HR management, implementing and refining HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and managing personnel records.
Additional duties include supporting employee engagement initiatives, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Collaboration with internal teams to foster a positive work environment is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources, including knowledge of HR practices and processes
- Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
