Requirements
- Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and managing visitor inquiries
- Proficient Phone Etiquette and ability to handle multi line phone systems in a calm, professional manner
- Solid Clerical Skills, including basic computer literacy, data entry, and document organization
- Effective Communication skills, with clear spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
- Customer Service skills with a focus on courteous, solution oriented support for passengers and visitors
- Previous experience in an office, hospitality, or airline environment is preferred
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent; post secondary training in administration or related fields is a plus

Role Description
- The Receptionist role at DAALLO Airlines is a full time, on site position based in Jeddah.
- The Receptionist will greet visitors, manage incoming and outgoing calls, and direct guests and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
