Responsibilities
- Manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
- Administer HRIS, maintain records, coordinate payroll, and manage benefits administration
- Plan and deliver training programs and support organizational development initiatives
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to operations in Jeddah and the wider region
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR administration, including HRIS usage, record keeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Ability to plan and deliver training, support organizational development initiatives, and manage change
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous HR management experience in aviation or a similar service oriented industry is preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or Somali is beneficial
