We are looking for a
Receptionist (Saudi nationals only)
to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage appointments and child coordination.
- Handle front desk and administrative tasks.
- Maintain children’s files and documentation.
- Process insurance approvals and claims submission.
- Manage basic billing and insurance-related tasks.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience.
- Basic knowledge of medical insurance or billing is preferred
- Familiarity with ICD-10 / CPT or healthcare systems is a plus
- High attention to detail to catch coding errors and interpret the insurance policy.
- Organised, proactive, and good communication skills
- Strong English communication skills are a must.
