Role Overview
Cultivay Center is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher passionate about early childhood education.
The role supports children aged 2–6 in a nurturing environment where they can explore, learn, and grow in confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate engaging inquiry-based learning experiences for children aged 2–6.
- Support learning, creativity, and independence through hands-on activities, storytelling, movement, and exploration.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Observe and support each child's developmental needs and interests.
- Collaborate with the team to provide meaningful learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Experience working with young children is preferred, particularly in preschool or early years settings.
- Passionate about child development and play-based learning.
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
