Job Summary

  • The Receptionist/Hostess is responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients professionally.

  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

Requirements
