Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers by understanding their beauty, skincare, and makeup needs
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on skin type, preferences, and desired results
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and educate customers on product usage
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry knowledge
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new product collections
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow up
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene procedures for product testing
Requirements
- Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or customer service is preferred
- Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales driven with ability to meet performance targets
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
