Role overview
Receptionist responsible for welcoming hotel guests and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
The role supports seamless guest arrivals and departures while assisting with hotel services and local information.
Typical day
- Greet guests upon arrival and complete check-in by verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process check-outs by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and using the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Provide knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information.
- Use upselling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications.

- Bring a passion for hospitality and a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Act with integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, urgency, and discipline.
