Summary of the Role

  • Receptionist in Dubai, UAE
  • Responsible for managing front desk operations, handling all incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, employees, and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reception & Visitor Management: Welcome, register, and direct visitors while ensuring a professional experience and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Communication Handling: Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and mail, ensuring accurate routing and timely communication.
  • Safety & Access Control: Monitor entry to premises, ensure adherence to safety procedures, and support emergency communication protocols.
  • Facilities & Meeting Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings, reception area upkeep, and coordination of catering and facility related requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative support, including data handling, document processing, and contact record maintenance.

What You’ll Need

  • Secondary school qualification (minimum)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist/front office role
  • Experience in a corporate or multinational environment preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English
