- Work closely with Project Managers to deliver excellent service
- Work with project, engineering and operations teams to develop creative solutions to complex project and logistical challenges
- Support Project Managers with all project planning activities
- Communicate with clients and third parties to keep them informed about project progress, schedule and challenges
- Support Project Managers with project financials, such as budget creation, cost tracking and invoicing
- Log and maintain documentation (RFI, change order, contracts, subcontracts, closeout documentation etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor working and thinking level, obtained through education and/or experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator ideally with large scale projects
- Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail and able to work in an accurate manner
- Great interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
- Valid UAE driving license

What You’ll Be Doing
