The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain office records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred (with experience in same field)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email)
- Professional appearance and attitude

- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
