- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling membership forms or payments
- Collaborate with coaches and management to support smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and front desk operations
- Solid phone etiquette and experience managing multi line phone systems
- Clerical skills such as data entry, filing, appointment scheduling
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with basic computer applications and scheduling software
- Fluency in English
- High school diploma or equivalent

Role Description

Qualifications

- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
