Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Parkour Coach** to lead structured classes, develop athletes’ movement abilities, and promote safe, progressive training.
The ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable, and committed to helping students grow physically and mentally.
Responsibilities
- Lead parkour classes for children, teens, and/or adults
- Teach fundamental and advanced parkour techniques (vaults, jumps, rolls, precision, flow, etc.)
- Ensure a safe training environment and enforce facility safety standards
- Adapt coaching methods to different ages and skill levels
- Build positive relationships with students and parents
- Assist with open gym sessions, workshops, or events as needed
- Represent the facility with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Strong background in parkour/freerunning or movement training
- Previous coaching or teaching experience preferred (youth coaching a plus)
- Knowledge of progressions, spotting, and injury prevention
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to motivate and communicate clearly
- Experience with youth programs
- Parkour, gymnastics, or movement-related certifications
- Event or competition coaching experience
- Arabic is plus

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
