About Joint Space
Joint Space Polyclinic LLC is a multidisciplinary medical clinic, movement space, and educational hub based in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai.
The clinic focuses on physical therapies, naturopathic, functional and regenerative medicine, movement, wellness, sports performance, and education.
Role Overview
The receptionist supports patient experience and clinic operations through reception, appointment coordination, communications, billing, records, and administrative activities.
Reception and Appointments
- Welcome patients and visitors and respond to telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and general enquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments between practitioners and patients.
- Manage patient arrival times, schedule changes, and appointment conflicts.
- Assist patients with forms and documentation and maintain a welcoming, organized reception environment.
Billing and Administration
- Process billing, payments, insurance claims, and invoices using the clinic's medical software.
- Handle insurance enquiries and liaise with insurers where required.
- Perform scanning, filing, emailing, printing, photocopying, and accurate record maintenance.
