Job Summary
The Junior Back Office Administrator supports the clinic's daily administrative operations.
The role handles WhatsApp communications, administrative data processing, reporting, patient reactivations, phone calls, and general administrative support.
The position helps the reception team focus more time on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Administrative Support
- Manage and respond to WhatsApp inquiries and administrative emails.
- Perform data entry, data extraction, and report generation using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain accurate patient and clinic records.
- Prepare reports requested by management.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
