HEALTHPOINT DENTAL CARE is seeking a professional, well-presented, customer-oriented Receptionist for a dental and aesthetic clinic.
The role manages front desk operations and supports a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and update clinic management systems.
- Handle billing, payments, insurance coordination, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate schedules for dentists, aesthetic practitioners, and clinic staff.
- Assist with treatment plans, recalls, and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Keep the reception area organized and professional.
Requirements
- Dental and aesthetic clinic Receptionist experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Clinic management software experience is required.
- The candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are expected.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
- Tagalog proficiency is required.
