Key responsibilities
- Acting as the welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, parents, carers and staff.
- Managing calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager and wider school team.
- Organising and prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
