Our Teaching Assistant will play a key role in encouraging positive behaviour, promoting self-esteem, and fostering independent learning to support pupils’ overall development and academic progress.

The Gordon Children’s Academy are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part time, fixed term basis. Our Teaching Assistant will play a key role in encouraging positive behaviour, promoting self-esteem, and fostering independent learning to support pupils’ overall development and academic progress.
Key responsibilities include;
Assisting with the observation and monitoring of pupil progress.
Maintaining accurate records of interventions and tracking achievements.
Assis with the preparation of differentiated learning materials and organise classroom displays.
Support the delivery of engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
There may be a requirement to work with pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans or additional educational needs throughout the Key Stages. There may also be a requirement to administer First Aid, subject to appropriate training.
