About the Role

  • We are looking for a reliable, presentable, and administratively capable Receptionist / PRO Assistant for our Ajman office.
  • Beyond front desk and office management, this role carries hands on responsibility for government liaison work: company formation, visa processing, tenancy contract ratification, and ongoing PRO documentation across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
  • The ideal candidate is organised, deadline driven, and comfortable working across multiple UAE government portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and receive visitors, clients, and guests professionally
  • Manage the front desk, answer and direct incoming calls
  • Maintain the visitor log and coordinate with internal teams for guest hosting
  • Receive and dispatch courier deliveries, mail, and packages
  • Keep reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas organised and presentable
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry stock, and stationery
  • Support filing, printing, document management, and general administrative tasks
  • Report maintenance and facility issues to the appropriate team promptly
  • Assist with company formation and licensing across Dubai (DED/Free Zones), Sharjah, and Ajman
  • Coordinate documentation for new trade licence applications, renewals, and amendments
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and follow up on approvals and issuance timelines
  • Maintain organised records of all company documents, licences, and renewal schedules

What We Offer

  • Starting salary of AED 1,500 to AED 2,000 per month
  • Salary is subject to revision at the 6 month mark based on performance review
