Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Manage the front desk, answer and direct incoming calls
- Maintain the visitor log and coordinate with internal teams for guest hosting
- Receive and dispatch courier deliveries, mail, and packages
- Keep reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas organized and presentable
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry stock, and stationery
- Support filing, printing, document management, and general administrative tasks
- Report maintenance and facility issues to the appropriate team promptly
- Assist with company formation and licensing across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman
- Coordinate documentation for new trade licence applications, renewals, and amendments
- Liaise with relevant authorities and follow up on approvals and issuance timelines
- Maintain organized records of all company documents, licences, and renewal schedules

About the Role
- We are looking for a reliable, presentable, and administratively capable Receptionist / PRO Assistant for our Ajman office.
- Beyond front desk and office management, this role carries hands on responsibility for government liaison work: company formation, visa processing, tenancy contract ratification, and ongoing PRO documentation across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
- The ideal candidate is organised, deadline driven, and comfortable working across multiple UAE government portals.
